Dealing with Mental Tensions: Resistance, Relaxation, & Release

Our guest this week is the international meditation teacher Steven Landsberg. Mr. Landsberg will share insights into the nature of our mental tensions, and how we can release those tensions through relaxation into the natural awareness and presence of our mind. We will explore how the tools of mindfulness meditation, and the practice of Buddhist Dharma, can help us govern our tensions and overcome obstacles in daily life. Our ongoing host, Menpa Phuntsog Wangmo, will share the Tibetan Medicine perspective on mindfulness and the benefits of applying presence in daily life.
